IMG_0184All of these will have negative impacts on our well-being, relationships, careers, self-love, self-care, confidence, focus and future when not addressed and dealt with. Yes we all have bad days (or 2) but when these signs continue for more than 2 or 3 days, we need to journey down the pathway of “letting go”. Our internal gauges are set to “hold on”, and when holding on is slowly destroying us, we have to change the setting.
