Brett White (Sydney, Australia) is the founder of Be Leadership and Sports MindSHiFT which are dedicated to creating awareness, significance and purpose for leaders around the world. He is an author of 2 books (Shift Happens & Sports Mind Shift), motivational speaker, leadership & business coach and cultural architect with over 20 years experience in leadership, communication, transformational thinking, mindsets and behavioural change. He has run workshops, seminars and sessions throughout Australia, and in Singapore and Cambodia. Brett has qualifications in ministry (Dip. Min), Leadership (Post Grad Cert Arts Leadership), Neuro Linguistic Programming and Life Coaching (Certified Life Coach, The Coaching Institute Melbourne, and recognised member of the Life Coaches Guild Aust).
Megan Dawson (Auckland, New Zealand) Prior to entering the world of training Megan began her career as a marketing and project executive in corporate banking. She has led teams in multi-million dollar campaigns and also designed and facilitated training programmes for product and customer services in both corporate and local government sectors. Megan has also spent time consulting to the public relations and communications industry and has worked in recruitment and not-for-profit sectors. In her corporate and consultancy roles, Megan has advised senior management across diverse industries ranging from the New Zealand titanium industry to large tourism operators. Megan believes that successful organisations recognise peoples’ unique abilities and allow them to work in their core strengths to maximise their potential. Her aim is to facilitate clients to reach a greater level of awareness in the way they think and behave, in order for them achieve deeper levels of personal satisfaction and success.
Megan is an Accredited facilitator of Everything DiSC® products and has a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Waikato majoring in Human Resources and Marketing. She also holds a Certificate of Business Coaching.
